★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demorou uns 15/20 min para ser atendida. E quando fui, achei a médica ginecologista péssima, me tratou de maneira arrogante, não quis ouvir o meu problema direito, me interrompia toda hora e não deixava eu falar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entao desde de março tentando remarcar um retorno com a cardiologista, que nao abe a agenda, acho isso uma falta de respeito com o paciente, que precisa retornar pra a cardiologista ver os resultados dos exames e nada . acho que a clinica devia ter outro cardiologista..

Meu pai aguardou por meses por uma consulta com endocrinologista Mateus, no dia 16/11/21 (pós feriado) ele falou quase na hora da consulta que perdeu o voo, e hoje ele disse que está preso no trânsito (7:59) sendo que a consulta estava reagendada para 11:45 hrs. É inacreditável o desrespeito a medicina desse médico e dessa clínica, no caso por manter um profissional tão descompromissado.

It is unbelievable the disrespect for the medicine of this doctor and this clinic, in this case for maintaining such an uncommitted professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos são bons mas o atendimento até chegar a eles é díficil, agendar é difícil, e se vc precisar resolver alguma coisa com as secretárias quase nunca consegue. Já conheço a clinica e já fui algumas vezes pois gostei dos médicos, mas nunca mais consegui agendar novas consultas, disseram que iam me ligar nunca ligaram, o tempo passou resolvi tentar remarcar e simplesmente nao consigo falar.
The doctors are good, but the service until reaching them is difficult, scheduling is difficult, and if you need to solve something with the secretaries, you almost never get it. I already know the clinic and I've been a few times because I liked the doctors, but I was never able to schedule new appointments, they said they would call me they never called, time passed I decided to try to reschedule and I just can't talk.
