★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lixo de clínica !! Pela terceira vez que venho com horário marcado , quando chego na clínica sempre a mesma historia . O doutor está com duas horas de atraso aí fui questionar e a atendente disse que se eu não sei tem trânsito para chegar até a clínica . E eu respondi que também tive , a diferença é que cumpro com meus horários , marcou 9 cheguei 8:30 pois não me atraso para meus compromissos . E só sair mais cedo de casa . Péssimo atendimento e compromisso nenhum com os pacientes .
 Clinic rubbish!! For the third time I come with an appointment, when I arrive at the clinic, it's always the same story. The doctor is two hours late, so I asked and the attendant said that if I don't know, there's traffic to get to the clinic. And I replied that I had it too, the difference is that I keep to my schedule, I arrived at 9:30 am because I am not late for my appointments. And just leave the house early. Terrible service and no commitment to patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima , sai indignada e insatisfeita a dr que me atendeu me pediu exame caríssimo e necessário de fazer até aí tudo bem , fiz o exame levei pra ela imagens e resultados a médica atrasada em mais de uma hora antes disso já tinha trocado horário de atendimento duas vezes em 1 semana antes do atendimento dizendo que ela ia se atrasar e mesmo assim quando marcou o horário chegou lá atrasada mais de uma hora , quando entrei na sala com laudo de resultado do exame a médica simplesmente falou comigo que não sabia oq fazer pedi a ela um laudo falando sobre as minhas impossibilidades ela disse que não podia fazer e que era pra eu procurar um médico especialista da coluna me indicou um medico que nem na clínica trabalha mais , ou seja ela não sabe nem a hora que tá com fome será que é uma profissional mesmo ? Se ela não sabia oq fazer pq não me indicou pra outro médico desde o início ela e ortopedista mais não entende nada ? E eu sai também sem entender nada e sem saber oq fazer agora vou ter que pagar outra consulta com outro profissional pq pra mim não serviu de nada fica aqui minha indignação e insatisfação e detalhe no dia eu estava morrendo de dor com fome e ela atrasada .....

And I also left without understanding anything and not knowing what to do now I will have to pay another appointment with another professional because it was of no use to me, here is my indignation and dissatisfaction and detail on the day I was dying of hunger and she was late. ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A melhor clínica que existe! Médicos capacitados, funcionários educados e muito bem treinados para atender da melhor forma possível. Área de estética completa, com os melhores equipamentos do mercado. A área de depilação a laser é um sucesso, preço bom e qualidade.
O valor das consultas são de baixo preço.
Sem contar que na clínica, tem laboratório para ficar tudo completo para nossa comodidade.
E não posso deixar de mencionar a área de massoterapia que é maravilhosa, mãos de fada eu diria kk um preço surreal. A clínica mais completa que eu conheço, e com um preço muito baixo. Super indico pra todos .

Estou na clínica novamente com minha esposa e a situação se repete denovo. Só ouço reclamações Aki na recepção. Horário marcado para as 09:15. Estamos com um bebê e já são mais de uma hora de atraso. Descaso com os pacientes
O normal Aki e toda consulta atrasar independente de qual especialidade

Indiquei a Clínica e o Dr Guilherme(psiquiatra) para minha amiga para que ela possa se consultar e eu mesma fiz o agendamento pelo site e lá constava 140 reais a consulta.
Ao chegar na clínica lhe foi informado que a primeira consulta é 170 e as próximas que seriam 140.
Por ela questionar e procurar seu direito de consumidor, pediu o número da ouvidora e por este motivo lhe devolveram o dinheiro, mas ouviu das atendentes "essa nunca mais consulta aqui" e a responsável da clínica ainda responder "com certeza".
Em nenhum momento ela maltratou ou fez qualquer tipo de confusão.
Decepcionada com a forma que a trararam.
Indiquei para a minha amiga por gostar da clínica e do atendimento médico e agora fica como?
O Dr Guilherme é maravilhoso, mas o atendimento foi decepcionante.

Primeiro alegando que a médica estava com problemas familiares (desmarcou todo mês de novembro) e depois alegaram que ela estava grávida e não poderia atender. De posse dos exames relatei meu caso grave com detecção de bactéria H.pilori e que precisava de medicação e que me direcionassem a outro médico especialista…disseram que eu deveria aguardar o retorno daquela única médica (gastroenterologista)…porém essa que carimba as receitas como clínico geral…resta a dúvida se é especialista ou não…e fica a minha indignação aqui descrita.
NÃO…NÃO ME OFERECERAM CONSULTA COM OUTRO GASTRO…creio que nem exista outro nessa especialidade.
They canceled my return 3 times. First alleging that the doctor was having family problems (she canceled every November) and then they claimed that she was pregnant and could not attend. In possession of the exams, I reported my serious case with detection of H.pilori bacteria and that I needed medication and that I should be directed to another specialist doctor...they said I should wait for the return of that only doctor (gastroenterologist)...but the one who stamps the prescriptions as general practitioner…the question remains whether he is a specialist or not…and my indignation is described here.
NO…I WAS NOT OFFERED CONSULTATION WITH ANOTHER GASTRO…I don't think there is another one in this specialty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lixo esse atendimento pra ultrassonografia, exame marcado pra 16:30 e minha mãe está sendo atendida agora às 18:01. Uma falta de responsabilidade e comprometimento total. Ela ficou horas de jejum, está fazendo retenção urinária para o exame e o médico acha que estamos por conta dele. Tem cliente aqui que chegou 15:30 e só foi atendida 17:40. Só não zero a nota porque não tem como!!!!
This ultrasound service is rubbish, the exam is scheduled for 4:30 pm and my mother is now being seen at 6:01 pm. A lack of responsibility and total commitment. She has been fasting for hours, is having urinary retention for the exam and the doctor thinks we are on his own. There are customers here who arrived at 3:30 pm and was only attended to at 5:40 pm. Just don't zero the grade because there's no way!!!!
