★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fiz uma compra, e realizei o pagamento, mas ao verificar o cupom percebi que o preço de um dos produtos estava errado( mais caro), voltei ao caixa e foi feito um estorno, só que esse estorno não retornou para minha conta até hoje, a compra foi realizada no dia 05/11/21 já estamos no dia 22/11/21, fui a loja duas vezes para resolver o problema, mas disseram que o problema é com a operadora e eles não podem fazer nada, um descaso a gente paga e tem que resolver um problema que a farmácia causou, péssimo atendimento.
 I made a purchase, and made the payment, but when checking the coupon I realized that the price of one of the products was wrong (more expensive), I went back to the cashier and a chargeback was made, but this chargeback has not returned to my account until today , the purchase was made on 11/05/21 we are already on 11/22/21, I went to the store twice to solve the problem, but they said the problem is with the operator and they can't do anything, a negligence we pay and have to solve a problem that the pharmacy caused, poor service.
