★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar aqui a minha satisfação com o atendimento da loja, tanto para venda como para pós venda. Comprei um sofá em abril, e após um mês mais ou menos, o mesmo teve um pequeno problema de fábrica. Entrei em contato c a loja, e prontamente já me adiantaram q fariam a troca. Durante um período que ainda não havia chegado a troca, sempre entraram em CTT comigo avisando que não haviam esquecido e que a troca seria feita. Eu achava até então q seria trocado somente a parte danificada, mas me trouxeram um sofá novo.
Acho justo eu compartilhar essa informação, pois atendimento e indicação são fundamentais para o sucesso de uma loja, acompanhada de excelentes mercadorias.
Muito obrigada à todos da loja.
 I would like to leave here my satisfaction with the service of the store, both for sale and after sales. I bought a sofa in April, and after a month or so, it had a small factory problem. I got in touch with the store, and promptly already said that they would make the exchange. During a period that the exchange had not yet arrived, they always entered CTT with me warning that they had not forgotten and that the exchange would be made. I thought until then that only the damaged part would be replaced, but they brought me a new sofa.
I think it's fair that I share this information, as service and referral are fundamental to the success of a store, accompanied by excellent goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendedores passam informações desencontradas, te atendem diferente conforme sua vestimenta e pós venda fraco. Dizem que auxiliam em tudo, mas com menos de 6 meses já cairam 2 parafusos do meu sofá e não souberam me orientar; meu sofá está cedendo e entrando coisas e ninguém ajuda.
Salespeople pass on mismatched information, serve you differently depending on your dress and weak after sales. They say they help everything, but less than 6 months old, 2 screws have fallen from my sofa and they didn't know how to guide me; my couch is giving in and things are coming in and nobody helps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um sofá com a previsão de entrega de 30 dias. Dia 14 irá fazer 60 dias e ainda não recebi meu sofá. Todas as previsões de entrega que me deram foram frustradas e se eu não entrasse em contato, não me informariam. Se tivessem me falado que o prazo era de 60/90 dias, eu aguardaria tranquilamente, mas me deram um prazo menor e toda semana mentem para mim dizendo que irá chegar até a semana seguinte.
Não indico a loja para ninguém.
I bought a sofa with a 30-day delivery forecast. Day 14 will be 60 days and I still haven't received my sofa. All the delivery forecasts they gave me were frustrated and if I didn’t contact them, they wouldn’t inform me. If they had told me that the deadline was 60/90 days, I would have waited calmly, but they gave me a shorter deadline and every week they lie to me saying that it will arrive until the following week.
I don't recommend the store to anyone.

Estou a mas de 40 dias tentando troca meu sofá que chegou com defeito e a loja não dá satisfação.
O pós e péssimo...
Isso porque tem garantia da loja / fabricante e ambos estão só que enrola para assim passe o prazo da garantia (só pode ser isso) .

That's because it has a warranty from the store/manufacturer and both are just rolling to pass the warranty period (it can only be that).
