★ ★ ★ ★ ★ boa noite minha experiencia não foi muito satisfatória por 3 vezes que busquei retirar medicação gratuita pelo programa do governo.
por esta passando por consulta próximo a farmácia resolvi entrar ,já que na porta existe um grande anuncio de que ali tem farmácia popular.
mais ao entrar e passar a receita e documento para atendente ,antes de entrar no sistema a mesma já foi informando que ela tentaria por que ate então não havia conseguido nenhuma liberação de remédio gratuito naquele dia.
mais gostaria de saber o por que por 3 vezes na mesma semana esse sistema deu BUG?
Alem de que sentir um certo sarcasmo e deboche das duas funcionarias rindo da situação.
sera que ela sorriu por eu esta ali pegando remédio que ela julga ser de graça?
De graça sei que não é por que pago impostos, e se o governo
disponibiliza esse programa tenho direitos .
Então deixo aqui a minha opinião aos selecionadores de profissionais a serem contratados pela REDE FARMAXIMA que façam uma reciclagem antes de coloca-los em contato com o publico ,por que se não são capazes de tratar o cliente bem,deixa a vaga para quem realmente quer trabalhar e saiba atender com cordialidade.

good night my experience was not very satisfactory for 3 times i tried to get free medication through the government program.
because of this, I was going to visit the pharmacy next to the pharmacy, since there is a big announcement at the door that there is a popular pharmacy there.
more when entering and passing the prescription and document to an attendant, before entering the system the same was already informing that she would try because until then she had not managed to get any free medicine release that day.
but I would like to know why this system gave BUG 3 times in the same week?
In addition to feeling a certain sarcasm and mockery of the two employees laughing at the situation.
is it that she smiled for me is there taking medicine that she thinks is free?
I know for free that it’s not because I pay taxes, and if the government
makes this program available I have rights.
So I leave my opinion here to the professional selectors to be hired by REDE FARMAXIMA who do a recycling before putting them in contact with the public, because if they are not able to treat the customer well, leave the vacancy for those who really want work and know how to answer with cordiality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência nessa farmácia,estamos passando por momento difícil que é essa fase de pandemia,tinha levado minha nenê em uma consulta próximo.
Ao sair do consultório já aproveitei e passei na farmácia para comprar o medicamento.
A atendente cobrou o valor acima do normal,como passei cartão ela passou na maquininha Ali mesmo no balcão não me deu notinha,como estava com pressa devido minha nenê estar no carro e muito enjoadinha naquele dia , não me importei por ela não ter me dado a bota fiscal,só a do cartão,quando cheguei em casa que fui perceber que um medicamento que pago 12 reais ela cobrou 30 reais.
Fiquei muito triste,pela falta de caráter da atendente.Deixo aqui relatado minha indignação,para que as pessoas preste atenção se tiver que comprar algo nessa farmácia.
Gosto de comprar na farmaxima,mas infelizmente nessa tive essa experiência ruim.

Even at the counter, she didn't give me any notice, as I was in a hurry because my baby was in the car and was very nauseous that day, I didn't care that she didn't give it to me. the tax boot, only the one on the card, when I got home I realized that for a drug I paid 12 reais, she charged 30 reais.
I was very sad, for the lack of character of the attendant. I leave here my indignation related, so that people pay attention if they have to buy something in this pharmacy.
I like to buy on farmaxima, but unfortunately I had this bad experience.
