★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rede mineira em Sabará tá péssima até para pagar a boleta da internet tive que conectar no meus dados do telefone, liguei para eles nem atenderá a chamada o sinal fica indo e voltando sempre é um descaso com os clientes eu não indico a ninguem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrivel atendimento não conseguimos falar com ninguém , tive um problema que minha internet parou de funcionar o técnico veio aqui em casa 2 vezes e não conseguiu resolver o meu problema , tentei falar com uma pessoa responsável diversas vezes e não consegui por fim consigo falar com uma pessoa que se diz responsável pelo suporte da empresa mais e uma pessoa descompromissada e não cumpre com a sua palavra a mesma se chama Cirelle combinou comigo de um técnico vir aqui e em casa , sai mais cedo do serviço e estou até agora o aguardando e nadaa.... empresa irresponsável e gosta de fazer o zoto de troxa ....não contratem os serviços de forma alguma.... vocês podem ver que são péssimos pois não respondem nenhuma reclamação
Horrible service we were unable to talk to anyone , I had a problem that my internet stopped working the technician came to my house 2 times and could not solve my problem , I tried to talk to a responsible person several times and I was finally unable to talk to a person . person who claims to be responsible for the company's support more and an uncommitted person and does not keep his word, he is called Cirelle. .... irresponsible company and likes to make fun of them .... they do not hire the services at all.... you can see that they are terrible because they do not respond to any complaints

I thought that Oi Velox was bad but RedeMinas telecom surprised me, to be bad they need to improve a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ insatisfeita com o serviço prestado, fico sem sinal nos fins de semana, não tenho nenhum desconto e fiquei dois dias sem internet, mesmo pagando a fatura em dinheiro na boca do caixa eles não restabeleceram o sinal, o atendimento é péssimo e a relação empresa e cliente sem nenhuma consideração. pretendo migrar pra outra operadora urgente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ velocidade da fibra otica com muita variaçao, nao entrega o contratado, minha internet caiu ai ja fiz mais de 10 ligaçpes mas o telefone esta desligado, quando a internet esta ruim se vc conseguir ligar na hora da ligaçao sua internet fica otima mas é so passar alguns minutos volta a mesma desgraça de internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No início estava ótima mais ao passar do tempo ta ficando ruim, qualquer chuva q dá a internet ta caindo e custa voltar é assim por vários dias, ja fiquei sem internet por 3 vezes durante um mês por conta da chuva. Assim não dá né?
HOJE DIA 21/01/2020 Venho aqui dizer que a internet melhorou muito e agora é fibra ótica Vale a pena Assinar um plano os preços são bem acessíveis.
At the beginning it was great more as time went on getting bad, any rain that gives the internet is falling and it costs to go back it is like this for several days, I've been without internet for 3 times during a month because of the rain. That’s not possible, right?
TODAY DAY 01/21/2020 I come here to say that the internet has improved a lot and now it is optical fiber It is worth signing a plan the prices are very affordable.
