Não estou acostumada a ser tratada assim nos médicos que vou.
Em plena pandemia não atedem no horário marcado, recepção lotada, oticas chegando com clientes para passar em consulta para comprar óculos e todos passando na frente.
Eu doente e debilitada tive que ir embora sem ser atendida de tanto que demorou e pelo receio que fiquei pelo lugar estar cheio.
Lamentável!

I'm not used to being treated like this at the doctors I go to.
In the middle of the pandemic, they do not answer at the scheduled time, reception is full, opticians arriving with customers to consult to buy glasses and everyone passing by.
I was sick and debilitated and had to leave without being attended to because it took so long and because of the fear I was left because the place was full.
Unfortunate!
