A estrutura e organização do mercado não deixa a desejar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, até este momento ñ obtive resposta sobre uma mesa q comprei no dia 24/11 e q solicitei q a mesma ja fosse armada, o entregar deixou uma caixa aqui dizendo o armador viria, já liguei diversas vezes e q depois me dariam uma resposta, a procura do armador , hoje dia 28/11 estou tentando ligar e ninguém atende.
Preciso viajar e a casa ñ tem ninguém para ficar esperando alguem vim resolver para este problema.
Estou prestes a devolver o produto e comprar em outro lugar, se dentro de 3 horas ñ obtiver uma resposta, vou cumprir o q estou dizendo.
Fica aí a minha indignação quando o atendimento para vender são ágeis, Mas para resolver situações de armarcao e uma negação.
Eu avalio como atendimento péssimo.

I need to travel and the house has no one to wait for someone to solve this problem.
I'm about to return the product and buy elsewhere, if within 3 hours I don't get an answer, I'll do what I'm saying.
There remains my indignation when the customer service to sell are agile, but to resolve situations of armarcao and a denial.
I rate it as lousy service.
