★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei neste espaço só para registrar o grande desserviço que é unidade do Shopping Barra, em Salvador, Bahia.
Fui comprar uns cabides lá e simplesmente desisti. O motivo: a INCRÍVEL demora na fila dos caixas.
Cheguei às 18h59 e às 19h33 ainda não havia sido atendiso. Detalhe, a fila só tinha um senhor na minha frente, que foi atendido no caixa preferencial. Dos 3 demais caixas, só um funcionava e eu era único para ser atendido deles.
Mais de meia hora depois, a fila cresceu atrás de mim e NENHUMA PERSPECTIVA de atendimento.
As pessoas perguntavam e os funcionários eram monossílabicos nas repostas (quando respondiam).
Pareciam incomodados pq tinha clientes na loja. Dava impressão que eu e os demais clientes estávamos lá para pedir algum favor.
Muito diferente das outras duas unidades de Salvador.
Depois desse tempo todo, eu desisti e fui nas Americanas, que tinha uma fila enorme mas na qual eu não fiquei nem 10 minutos.
Difícil....
 I entered this space just to register the great disservice that is the unit of Shopping Barra, in Salvador, Bahia.
I went to buy some hangers there and just gave up. The reason: the AWESOME delay in the checkout line.
I arrived at 6:59 pm and at 7:33 pm I still hadn't been attended. Detail, the queue had only one man in front of me, who was served at the preferred cashier. Of the 3 other boxes, only one worked and I was the only one to be serviced by them.
More than half an hour later, the queue grew behind me and NO PERSPECTIVE for service.
People asked and the employees were monosyllabic in the answers (when they answered).
They seemed annoyed because there were customers in the store. It gave the impression that I and the other customers were there to ask for a favor.
Very different from the other two units in Salvador.
After all this time, I gave up and went to Americanas, which had a huge line but in which I didn't even stay 10 minutes.
Difficult....

For me the best store for home appliances and decor. Lots of variety, easy to find everything you need. The price is not the lowest but you end up choosing from the variety.
Sometimes fortunate to buy something with minor breakdowns, the price usually goes down a lot.
Air-conditioned shop, well categorized, compact but with excellent options and variety.
