★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento possível,faz a propaganda e quando vc chega pra comprar o produto eles dizem que acabou, já é a terceira vez que vou na loja da Francisco Junqueira e sempre a mesma desculpa.
Worst service possible, make the advertisement and when you arrive to buy the product they say it's over, it's the third time I go to Francisco Junqueira's store and always the same excuse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi Bom, porém quando levantaram meu carro me empurraram um monte de defeitos, sendo que fui só pra trocar 2 pneus que eu havia comprado e levei. Demorou muito pra eu ser atendido, pois de acordo com os atendentes, dos 5 funcionários 1 estava de férias, 1 pediu demissão e 1 estava afastado.
The service was good, but when they lifted my car they pushed me a lot of defects, being that I just changed two tires that I had bought and took. It took a long time for me to be served, because according to the attendants, of the 5 employees 1 was on vacation, 1 resigned and 1 was away.

Service surprised me. First place I take the car to align and balance it and nobody invent anything wrong in the car. Very recommended. Excellent price and quality service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor lugar para fazer um checape em seu carro antes de sair para a estrada e curtir as férias. Equipe muito boa no atendimento, com sala de espera , com direito a café, água e TV. Fizeram bom trabalho no meu carro, alinhamento, balanceamento, cambagem, troca de pastilhas de freio, troca de pneus. Enfim deixaram meu carro novo e pronto para viajar.
Best place to do a checape in your car before heading out for the road and enjoying the holidays. Very good staff in the care, with waiting room, with coffee, water and TV. They did a good job on my car, aligning, balancing, shifting, changing brake pads, changing tires. At last they left my car new and ready to travel.

Meu tinha um vazamento de óleo e me foi orientado a resolver o problema antes de trocar o amortecedor pois poderia danificar as peças a serem trocadas. Resolvi o problema e farei o serviço com essa empresa na próxima oportunidade com toda a certeza. Gratidão.
Excellent service. Honest company with the customer. Mine had an oil leak and I was told to solve the problem before changing the shock absorber as it could damage the parts to be replaced. I solved the problem and I will do the service with this company at the next opportunity for sure. Gratitude.
