 Attendance at the weekend is lousy. Communication services should leave at least one line of contact every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior do que a internet só a prestação de serviço ao cliente. Suporte mínimo com a maior má vontade sempre. Perdi as contas dos finais de semana que passei sem internet em casa... Péssimo!!! E vocês não reconhecem ninguém como cliente. Quando compramos um plano de internet, saiba que ele não é individual viu? A minha família também utiliza, porém vocês só querem saber do dinheiro entrando...
Worse than the internet just providing customer service. Minimal support with the greatest ill will ever. I lost count of the weekends that I spent without internet at home ... Terrible !!! And you don't recognize anyone as a customer. When we buy an internet plan, know that it is not individual see? My family uses it too, but you just want to know about the money coming in ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato com a works telecom para saber se pagaria alguma multa se cancelasse,pediram pra eu aguardar que a empresa entraria em contato comigo,fiquei aguardando e sempre perguntado a eles sobre minha solicitacao,porem na data de ontem por volta das 15h dois tecnicos da empresa simplismente vieram na esquina da minha rua e desligaram a fibra da minha casa sem qualquer aviso previo,liguei na empresa e ainda tiveram a cara de pau de dizer que eu estava sem internet por que havia manutencao na regiao ,depois dessa tal manutencao so eu to sem conexao..lamentavel a atitude da empresa,inresponsabilidade total,agora vou ao procon buscar meus direitos.
I got in touch with works telecom to find out if I would pay a penalty if I canceled, they asked me to wait for the company to contact me, I waited and always asked them about my request, but yesterday at around 3 pm two technicians from the company just came to the corner of my street and disconnected the fiber from my house without any prior notice, I called the company and they still had the nerve to say that I was without internet because there was maintenance in the region, after such maintenance only I have no connection ... the attitude of the company, total irresponsibility, lamentable, now I go to the procon to seek my rights.

Não recomendo.
Poor quality internet, even worse service, doesn't have the slightest respect for the customer, when I call the company number, I simply call until I drop.
I do not recommend.
