Fiz uma crítica aqui de algo que não concordei e recebi a ligação do líder da Redfit, unidade Aquarius, justificando e se prontificando a reparar o mal entendido (algo raro nos dias de hoje). Postura esta que fez por merecer as 5 estrelas que estou dando agora.
A estrutura da academia não se discute, uma das melhores que já treinei, mas a atitude do líder da unidade do Aguarius, William, juntamente com a simpatia e atenção dos funcionários, fez com que minha família e eu nos sentíssemos muito bem treinando lá.

I made a review here of something I didn't agree with and got a call from Redfit's leader, Aquarius unit, justifying and offering to repair the misunderstanding (something rare these days). This stance has earned the 5 stars I'm giving it now.
The structure of the gym is not to be discussed, one of the best I have ever trained, but the attitude of the Aguarius unit leader, William, along with the friendliness and attention of the staff, made my family and I feel very comfortable training there.

Muitos repetidos e desnecessários. Enquanto isso falta alguns aparelhos básicos, exenciais em qualquer academia. Agora o quesito que mais deixa a desejar: Possui penas um bebedouro pequeno de água, que não suporta a consumo pelos alunos. Após as 18h água quente e intragável. Sempre levo água gelada de casa ou compro no comércio ao lado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se preparem pra entrar e ficar. A não ser que esteja realmente disposto a ficar no prejuízo como eu! No site vende uma coisa, na unidade e outra. Paguei dois meses por todas as modalidades e só tinha musculação, sem previsão de entrar o que é vendido no site. Cancelei pela insatisfação e ainda me fizeram pagar o mês seguinte e o valor total da anuidade! Péssimo ?
Get ready to come in and stay. Unless you're really willing to be at the loss like I am! The website sells one thing, the unit and another. I paid for two months for all the modalities and only had weight training, with no forecast of entering what is sold on the site. I canceled due to dissatisfaction and they still made me pay the following month and the full amount of the annuity! Terrible ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sou aluno e aprovo tudo, os equipamentos são novos e tem vários de todos os modelos, sempre tem ao menos um disponível, nunca tive que dividir aparelho com alguém, os professores Ronaldo e Patrícia são excelentes, atenciosos e nos dão orientação e nos acompanham, corrigindo alguns erros, a academia é climatizada e espaçosa, para quem frequenta academia somente para se exercitar é perfeita, super recomendo!!!

O instrutor corrige o aluno em algum exercício que está fazendo errado!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito da academia, o instrutor Daniel do período da manhã é muito diferenciado, está sempre atento aos alunos, para do lado, ensina, faz junto o exercício, corrige... hoje em dia instrutor de academia assim é raridade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinham alguns probleminhas quando inauguraram, mas já resolveram vários e melhorei minha avaliação.
O que precisa melhorar: Os professores personais externos e particulares de alguns alunos "tomam conta dos equipamentos as vezes "segurando vários equipamentos com toalhas, e outros objetos impedindo o uso para quem é aluno comum sem personal.
Parte boa: Academia nova, todos equipamentos novinhos, vestiário excelente, bebedouro ótimo, disponível toalhas e álcool para limpar o equipamento para uso, sistema de entrada informatizado.
