★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei o Transformador na Refortrafo no mês 04/2020, Só foi ligado no mês 03/2021 (quase 01 ano) pela companhia energética (Celpe), no mês 09/2021 o transformador estourou as canelas de 03 postes do nada. Chamei a Celpe para ligar as canelas e o transformador não aceitou, chamei o eletricista responsável, verificamos tudo conforme a Celpe orientou, chamei a Celpe, batia a primeira canela aceitava, batia a segunda aceitava, quando batia a terceira estourava e desmanchava tudo. Pense numa aflição, comprei o transformador novo, só foi ligado quase 01 ano depois e quando ligou não passou 06 meses de uso e apresentou esse problema e ainda não estava em pleno funcionamento pois ainda estou construindo a fábrica. Liguei para Refortrafo contando o ocorrido, falei com Sabrina e a mesma me disse que estava fora da garantia (1ano) que poderia enviar para lá para concerto e que todos os custos do frete e do concerto do transformador seriam meus, sou de Pernambuco a Refortrafo é de São Paulo, já que todos os custos são meus decide concertar por aqui. Essa é minha experiência com o transformador da Refortrafo.
I bought the Transformer at Refortrafo in the month 04/2020, It was only turned on in the month 03/2021 (almost 01 year) by the energy company (Celpe), in the month 09/2021 the transformer blew the shins of 03 poles out of nowhere. I called Celpe to turn on the shins and the transformer didn't accept, I called the electrician in charge, we checked everything as Celpe instructed, I called Celpe, I hit the first shin and accepted, hit the second one, when I hit the third it broke and broke everything. Think of an affliction, I bought the new transformer, it was only turned on almost 01 year later and when it turned on it did not pass 06 months of use and it presented this problem and it was not yet fully operational because I am still building the factory. I called Refortrafo to tell him what happened, I spoke to Sabrina and she told me that it was out of warranty (1 year) that I could send it there for a repair and that all freight and transformer repair costs would be mine, I'm from Pernambuco to Refortrafo is from São Paulo, since all costs are mine, he decides to fix it here. This is my experience with the Refortrafo transformer.
