★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido na Refricentro de Botafogo. Percebi honestidade no atendimento. O ar-condicionado do meu carro parou de resfriar e estava com um barulho diferente. O técnico fez um check visual rápido e achou um pequeno furo. Sobre o barulho, ele disse que poderia ser causado pelo pouco gás remanescente como uma espécie de alerta do compressor. Decidiu que resolveria o problema na mangueira primeiro. Caso o barulho permanecesse, teria que "atacar" o compressor o que encareceria bastante o serviço. Qual o desfecho?! Tudo foi resolvido, apenas, com o reparo da mangueira! Sei bem que "alguns outros profissionais" não perderiam a chance de faturar em cima.
 I was attended at the Refricentro de Botafogo. I noticed honesty in the service. My car's air conditioning stopped cooling and it was making a different noise. The technician did a quick visual check and found a small hole. Regarding the noise, he said it could be caused by the little gas remaining as a kind of compressor warning. He decided that he would solve the problem with the hose first. If the noise remained, it would have to "attack" the compressor, which would make the service more expensive. What is the outcome ?! Everything was solved, only with the repair of the hose! I know that "some other professionals" would not miss the chance to earn on top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, orçamento sem a detalhada pesquisa da avaria, apressam - se em recomendar serviços desnecessários. Recomendo ouvir outra opinião de outra oficina antes de fazer o serviço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei o atendimento por telefone muito ruim. Liguei pra perguntar quanto é a carga do ar condicionado e tive que ouvir uns 5 minutos de aula sobre o ar condicionado.
Eu só queria saber o valor, era mais fácil ter me perguntado logo se eu entendo ou não.
Além disso, extremamente caro, me cobraram R$390 por uma simples carga, e pelo que me falaram no telefone, eu também não sairia dali sem ter que pagar por algum tipo de avaliação do sistema de ar do meu carro.
Uma carga de gás de ar condicionado é algo barato e rápido de fazer, já fiz em casa algumas vezes só precisa do aparelho, como meu amigo que tem o aparelho está viajando fui fazer em oficina mesmo
No final, fui numa oficina na Tijuca, que me falou de cara por telefone o valor e cobrou R$180, o mecânico super gente boa, de cara viu onde poderia ser o vazamento, como estou sem grana pra consertar só fiz a carga mesmo.
Já tem uma semana e o carro está gelando que é uma beleza!
Um dia vou ter que consertar de vez, mas pelo menos não paguei o dobro pra ter certeza que o restante do sistema de ar está funcionando perfeitamente.
Não é só pq está na Zona Sul que tem que cobrar o olho da cara e achar que tudo mundo é ignorante.
