Chamei outro técnico, que resolveu o problema em meia hora, só naobresolveu mais rápido pq teve de trocar a peça que essa empresa danificou, causando me prejuízo de R$ 100,00
Lousy service, they ruined my fridge. They kept stirring the same one whole day, did not solve the problem, claiming they needed to change more pieces. I called another technician, who solved the problem in half an hour, only failed to work faster because he had to change the part that this company damaged, causing me loss of R $ 100.00

Quando foi marcado um horário com eles, no dia seguinte, porque não atendi o telefone (estava com o mesmo desligado) não mandaram o funcionário. Ou seja o comprometimento é só seu eles podem fazer o que querem....
As most air conditioning service has kept waiting, the day before, without letting you know. When a time was set for them, the next day, because I did not answer the phone (I had the call turned off), they did not send the clerk. In other words, the commitment is only yours they can do what they want ....
