Só uma dica para vcs da Resfrier... quando vcs marcarem com um cliente e não puderem atende-los na data e hora combinado, favor avisem ao cliente, não façam pouco caso do atendimento não, vcs podem perderem muito com isso, não apenas o valor do serviço em si, mas indicações do serviços de vcs para outros possíveis clientes.
All are very friendly and answer very well on the phone, but need to be improved in the timely delivery of services. Just a tip for you guys from Resfrier ... when you make an appointment with a customer and cannot attend them at the agreed time and date, please advise the customer, do not ignore the service, you can lose a lot with it, not only the value of the service itself, but indications of your services to other potential customers.
