Avisei o defeito e enrolaram 30 não podia mais esperar e chamei outra empresa que mostrou que fui enganada não fizeram o serviço q era preciso.Paguei 400,00 para outra empresa arrumar e ate hj esta funcionando.
Fui atrás da empresa para informar oxorrido e além de não devolver o meu dinheiro queria vir desmontar meu ar condionado e retirar peças q eles alegavam q tinha sido trocada.Não deixei vir, pq seria enganada novamente!
I paid 600.00 to fix the air conditioning, in 3 days of use it stopped again. I warned the defect and they rolled 30 I couldn't wait any longer and I called another company that showed that I was deceived did not do the service q was necessary. I paid 400.00 for another company to fix it and even today it is working.
I went after the company to inform oxorrido and in addition to not returning my money I wanted to dismantle my air conditioner and remove parts that they claimed had been changed. I didn't let them come, because I would be cheated again!
