SÓ DEUS SABE O QUE MAIS TROCARAM NO EQUIPAMENTO. TENTEI RESOLVER COM O ESTABELECIMENTO QUE NÃO DEU ATENÇÃO ALGUMA. IREI ASSIM AOS ORGÃOS DE DEFESA DO CONSUMIDOR BUSCAR MEUS DIREITOS.
I HAVE TO MAKE A REPAIR IN MY ENAMEL GELAGUA THAT WAS LEAKING, AND WHEN I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT WHEN ARRIVING HOME, I HAVE THE SURPRISE THAT IT WAS EXCHANGED IN FRONT OF MY ICE CREAM FOR ANOTHER FRONT, OF DIRTY LOW SEA PLASTIC, WITH VAR. Ainda estou esperando, hoje, dia 14, espero o técnico e a Sra. Brenda. Começou mal minha experiência com a Esmaltec. O produto: bebedouro que não gela a água.
Schedule a technician visit for an Esmaltec water cooler mod. EGC 35 B on the 11th of this month. They didn't come. I looked for the manufacturer and they promised that Brenda would talk to me on the part of the manufacturer. I am still waiting, today, the 14th, I wait for the technician and Mrs. Brenda. My experience with Esmaltec started off badly. The product: water cooler that does not freeze water.
