Fingem que trocam a peça defeituosa e depois somem sem dar nenhuma satisfação, não respondem chamadas e nem mensagens após o pagamento efetuado. O aparelho da defeito dentro de alguns dias ou horas, a tal garantia de três meses é só conversa fiada, dizem que vão enviá-la por whatsapp e não cumprem com o acordado. É só uma maneira que essa quadrilha encontrou de ganhar dinheiro fácil

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O primeiro contato com a empresa foi boa, em 1 dia foi a minha residência e fizeram a manutenção da minha geladeira Duplex DC35A 260L - Branco - Garantia de 3 meses - R$ 320,00 para o serviço de manutenção do filtro que não estava mais gelando e reposição do gás.
Após 20 dias a geladeira voltou a apresentar o mesmo problema... demoraram 3 dias para retornar a minha residência, problema não foi resolvido e não retornou mais minhas ligações e mensagens via whats app. Chamei outra empresa para avaliar, segundo a avaliação da segunda empresa contratada, provavelmente na primeira manutenção o duto foi obstruído e não garantia mais o concerto da geladeira.... resumo, paguei R$320,00 para uma manutenção que não foi feita corretamente e ainda tive que comprar uma nova devido ao erro da empresa.... péssimo serviço, irresponsáveis, não tive nenhum retorno.
