★ ★ ★ ★ ★ atendimento PÉSSIMO,vendedor, gerente, dono sei lá quis inferiorizar achando que nao tinha condições para comprar a m&#@# das geladeiras expositoras dele, ainda me corrigindo achando que eu não sabia o que queria comprar, fui super mal atendida,ainda bem que ele me tratou dessa forma achei outra loja com preços bem mais em conta e tinha os mesmos produtos, nota 0, primeira e ultima vez que piso lá, parabéns por chegar aonde chegou tratando as pessoas dessa forma?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo!! Entrei na loja e Haviam três funcionárias. Sendo que duas delas sentadas junto a uma mesa conversando e a outra logo apareceu quando um senhor de”boa aparência “ entrou na loja após uns minutos depois de mim e foi atendido com sorrisos e cortesias.. eu parada olhando um fogão a minutos esperando ser atendida e sendo ignorada Por todas as vendedoras. Quando já ia saindo uma das vendedoras q estava conversando terminou a conversa após uns quase 10min olhou p mim e perguntou se eu queria alguma coisa.. relatei o fato de está dentro da loja e o senhor ter sido atendido logo que entrou na lojae eu não.. Ela me disse que não podia fazer nada por mim porque trabalhava na loja de baixo e não ali. Se ela não trabalhava naquela loja...pq me perguntou se eu queria ajuda??? Foi constrangedor o que passei ali.
Terrible service!! I entered the store and There were three employees. Two of them were sitting at a table talking and the other soon appeared when a "good looking man" came into the store a few minutes after me and was attended to with smiles and courtesies... I stopped looking at a stove for minutes waiting to be answered and being ignored by all sellers. As I was about to leave, one of the saleswomen who was talking ended the conversation after about 10 minutes, she looked at me and asked if I wanted anything... I reported the fact that it is inside the store and you were attended to as soon as you entered the store and I did not .. She told me she couldn't do anything for me because she worked in the shop downstairs and not there. If she didn't work at that store...why asked me if I wanted help??? What I went through there was embarrassing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui com meu pai a essa loja, fiquei indignada com a forma que fomos atendidos, um ar de "inferioridade", não sei o que aquele homem que nos atendeu era, mas o atendimento dele foi péssimo, mas pelo menos ele ainda nos atendeu, pois quando entramos duas senhoritas estavam conversando e nem se importaram com a nossa presença, continuaram conversando como se não existisimos. Achei um completo descaso o que passamos nesse lugar, não recomendo, seus funcionários precisam aprender como se tratar um cliente, pois é o atendimento que faz o lugar!
