★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sou a proprietária, agradeço os comentários positivos e com os clientes, que nao agradamos, estamos resolvendo a situação, picareta é uma difamação mto grave, temos a loja aberta a quase 3 décadas, e não precisamos agir de má fé para se beneficiar das pessoas, somos, uma empresa familiar, e passamos por um problema de saúde na família, que nos impediu de atender os clientes que aqui reclamaram, ao contrário de picaretagem, estamos tentando resolver da melhor forma possível!
e sobre a acusação referida acima, cabe como danos morais, pois citaram pessoas e não a empresa contratada!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Não recomendo. São incompetentes! Não contratem esses "profissionais". Tomei prejuízo! Paguei pelo serviço e não consertaram, reclamei, agendei retorno e simplesmente não deram a mínima. Sra. Neide e o rapaz Jean não dão satisfação alguma ao cliente. São picaretas!

Sempre muito solícito e rápido nas modificações necessárias, teve bastante atenção aos detalhes e sempre cumpria os prazos. Bastante paciente com minhas dúvidas e sempre explicava tudo em detalhes. Tanto que a maquina e a geladeira, ficaram realmente da melhor qualidade, muito moderno e elegante. Recomendadíssimo

O técnico sempre muito solícito, paciente com minhas duvidas e rápido nas modificações necessárias, teve bastante atenção aos detalhes e sempre cumpria os prazos, entendeu e executou o que imaginei, e ainda superou minhas expectativas. Ctz, é o primeiro contato que chamo, quando acontece algum problema em todas as minhas lojas. Recomendo a todos, e preço justo ao trabalho tbm, que é o diferencial.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. No dia 7 de abril de 2018, pagamos ao técnico Jean Pablo Ferreira R$ 590,00 pela troca de um motor e por uma carga de gás para a nossa adega de vinhos. Desde então, já fizemos vários contatos, tanto com a sra. Neide como com o próprio Jean, pois a adega não está funcionando. Eles só nos enrolam, cada hora é uma desculpa diferente. Fujam desse lixo de lugar!!!
Lousy service. On April 7, 2018, we paid technician Jean Pablo Ferreira R $ 590.00 for the replacement of an engine and a load of gas for our wine cellar. Since then, we have made several contacts, both with Mrs. Neide as with Jean himself, because the cellar is not working. They just fool us, every hour is a different excuse. Get away from that garbage place !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssimo atendimento.. péssima prestação de serviço.. péssimos prazos.. desrespeito total com o cliente, falta de comprometimento, inventam desculpas atrás de desculpas para não entregar o produto no prazo...
Quase um mês que tento reaver minha máquina que quando foi levada, seria entregue após dois dias.. desde então, tenho passado o stress de todos os dias ligar e ouvir desculpas mal elaboradas para não entregarem minha maquina de lavar roupas.
Edit: nunca mais vi a máquina, nem o dinheiro da entrada que havia dado.

Edit: I never saw the machine again, nor the down payment I had given.
