★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma jarra de cafeteira, e no primeiro uso ao passar o café a jarra trincou!! Ao levar o produto para trocar, a vendedora disse que foi mal uso, que houve choque térmico, e que não efetuaria a troca! A jarra foi utilizada assim que chegou da loja, higienizada e ao cair o café quente (acho que é para isso que serve a jarra) ela trincou, mas segundo a atendente foi choque térmico!
Puro descaso da loja na tentativa de troca, e produto de péssima qualidade! Não indico!
I bought a coffee pot, and on the first use when passing the coffee the jar cracked !! When taking the product to exchange, the seller said that it was misused, that there was a thermal shock, and that she would not effect the exchange! The jar was used as soon as it arrived from the store, cleaned and when the hot coffee fell (I think that's what the jar is for) it cracked, but according to the attendant it was a thermal shock!
Pure neglect of the store in an attempt to exchange, and product of terrible quality! I do not indicate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levamos um aspirador de pó para arrumar; primeiro, disseram que o fio estava quebrado, "arrumaram", quando fomos testar não funcionava. Observamos pelas marcas de uso que o fio não foi trocado. Mandamos novamente para a loja, dessa vez disseram que o botão "liga/desliga" está com defeito. Pagamos R$ 60,00 para uma suposta troca do fio, agora querem cobrar mais R$ 40,00 para simplesmente uma suposta troca de botão. Isso significa que não fizeram teste antes de entregar o aspirador
We took a vacuum cleaner to tidy up; first, they said the wire was broken, "they fixed it", when we went to test it, it didn't work. We note from the usage marks that the wire has not been changed. We sent it back to the store, this time they said that the "on/off" button is defective. We paid R$60.00 for a supposed thread change, now they want to charge another R$40 for simply a supposed button change. This means that they did not do a test before handing over the vacuum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse zero eu daria,levei uma batedeira e um mix para arrumar veio sujo e pior eles tem a ousadia de passar removedor nos coisas ,sai o brilho do eletrodomestico bem como o letreiro da marca .
e tb não arrumaram direito.
Meu mix perderam uma peça e queria me dar uma outra usada de outro aparelho.
Desorganizados e porcos .. perdeu cliente e não indico para ninguem.
If it had zero I would give it, I took a mixer and a mix to fix it came dirty and worse they have the audacity to apply remover on things, the appliance shines out as well as the brand's sign.
and tb didn't fix it right.
My mix lost a piece and wanted to give me a used one from another device.
Disorganized and pigs .. lost client and I do not recommend to anyone.
