Ela nos atendeu do começo ao fim e super atenciosa.. Ah, e sem contar o Gerente Evandro,tudo que precisamos no após venda ele resolvia em uma rapidez..
Também ficamos muito feliz com a equipe de montagem do Luan, expetacular.. A loja está toda de parabéns!! Super indico vocês pra todas as pessoas e sempre quando precisar sei onde ir.. Ah, meus móveis ficaram um arraso?????
My experience with the store was wonderful !! ?? We made the furniture in the castle unit in Campinas and who attended us was Elaine, and by the way I got a great value and helped us a lot in deciding the furniture that was simply Beautiful!!
She attended us from beginning to end and was super attentive.. Oh, and not counting the Manager Evandro, he solved everything we needed in the after-sales quickly..
We were also very happy with Luan's editing team, amazing.. Congratulations to the store!! Super recommend you to all people and whenever I need I know where to go.. Ah, my furniture was a blast?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O trabalho da Regatto é excelente em todos os quesitos, começando pelo primeiro contato com a vendedora Elaine (tratou a gente como se já conhecesse há anos e dando todas as dicas e esclarecendo todas as dúvidas com todo carinho e educação) simplesmente amamosssss.
E as outras etapas não foi diferente, com a medição, entrega e montagem dos móveis tudo simplesmente maravilhoso e todas as pessoas envolvidas muito competentes em tudo o que fazem.
Não deixam o cliente com medo de se decepcionar como tantas coisas que ouvimos e vemos por aí.
A entrega e montagem dos móveis foi super rápida de deixar a gente de boca aberta e não poderia deixar de agradecer também a Janaína que deu um ótimo suporte e aos montadores que são extremamente limpossss, o apartamento foi entregue super organizado. E os móveis são lindos e de muita qualidade.
RECOMENDOOOOOO.

Regatto's work is excellent in all aspects, starting with the first contact with the saleswoman Elaine (she treated us as if she had known us for years and giving all the tips and clarifying all the doubts with all affection and politeness) we just love it.
And the other stages were no different, with the measurement, delivery and assembly of the furniture, everything was just wonderful and all the people involved were very competent in everything they did.
They don't make the customer afraid of being disappointed like so many things we hear and see out there.
The delivery and assembly of the furniture was super quick to leave us with our mouths open and I could not fail to thank Janaína who gave great support and the assemblers who are extremely clean, the apartment was delivered super organized. And the furniture is beautiful and of high quality.
I RECOMMEND.
Regatto is to be congratulated.

Só para vendas daria 5 estrelas, mas para o restante do processo pós venda não. O que fez cair as estrelas na avaliação.
A qualidade e acabamento não são os mesmo do show room.
Uma pena!
Essas fotos são uma peque amostra. Parece mais guarda roupas do que planejado.

I would give 5 stars only for sales, but not for the rest of the after sales process. What made the stars drop in the rating.
The quality and finish are not the same as the show room.
