Consumidor relata ter adquirido em 14/06/2017 MOTO YS FAZER 250 ANO/MODELO 2010/2011 placa EQS 8549- PRETA, do qual pagou um valor de R$ 7.500,00 a vista mediante transferência bancaria. Ocorre que o referido apresentou vicio, vazamento de óleo, contudo ao solicitar assistência a mesma foi recusada, sob alegação que o prazo de garantia de 90 dias seria referente somente ao motor, fatos que consumidor discorda.
