I live in the rj now and when I need to talk to the crmv pe the call falls on the recording and ng answers and hangs in your face. That's sad.

MUITO DESORGANIZADO.
Staff totally unprepared to register. Each one says something and asks for a different document and in the end nobody knows what to do.
