★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como toda instituição pública, tem suas precariedades e sua burocracia institucionalizada. O prédio tem boa estrutura e excelente localização, para a maioria dos atendimentos é necessário agendamento prévio pelo site. Não é um local que as pessoas busquem ir por vontade própria e sempre tem uma necessidade emergente. Mas é um local que eu recomendo.
Like any public institution, it has its precariousness and institutionalized bureaucracy. The building has a good structure and excellent location, for most consultations it is necessary to book in advance through the website. It is not a place that people seek to go of their own free will and always has an emerging need. But it is a place that I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero deixar registrado aqui a forma com o sr Edvaldo me destratou durante um "atendimento" via telefone no dia 02/12/2020 as 07:09 da manhã. Perdi meu comprovante de votação do primeiro turno desse ano e preciso de uma segunda via do mesmo para poder colar grau na faculdade e esse senhor me atendeu de maneira muito rude, desferindo frases do tipo "isso é problema seu, não meu" e "isso não faz aqui não" não tendo qualquer tipo de postura ou compromisso em explicar o mínimo. Realmente, um belo exemplo de como um funcionário público não deve ser. Estarei registrando essa queixa na ouvidoria também.
I want to register here the form with Mr. Edvaldo, he defiled me during a "call" via telephone on 12/02/2020 at 07:09 am I lost my voting slip for the first round of this year and I need a duplicate of it to be able to graduate from college and this gentleman answered me very rudely, giving phrases like "this is your problem, not mine" and "this do not do here "not having any kind of posture or commitment to explain the least. Really, a fine example of what a civil servant shouldn't be like. I will be registering this complaint with the ombudsman as well.

Este tribunal sempre e um bom lugar para debater e protestar problemas ocorridos de recife e olinda como problemas sérios como saniamento basico,educação,respeitos e campanhas

Fomos surpreendidos hoje, dia 10/02/2022, às 06:45, nas imediações da praça do carmo com a rua do sol, Olinda-PE, com pessoas com bandeiras, panfletos e adesivos do Partido dos Trabalhadores(PT). Independentemente do partido, fica o registro do constrangimento ao eleitor, pois pela Lei Eleitoral, ainda não é época de campanha eleitoral de rua. Esperamos as devidas ações quanto ao ocorrido agora à pouco.

We were surprised today, 02/10/2022, at 06:45, in the vicinity of Praça do Carmo and Rua do Sol, Olinda-PE, with people with flags, pamphlets and stickers of the Workers' Party (PT). Regardless of the party, the embarrassment to the voter remains, because according to the Electoral Law, it is not yet time for a street election campaign. We are waiting for the appropriate actions regarding what happened just now.
