★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entregaram o registro do imóvel no dia estabelecido e estava com dia e horário agendado em outra cidade. O que me fez vir de São Paulo, perder tempo e dinheiro à toa! Nada prestativos, nem se comoveram, mesmo estando errados!! Falta de respeito com o consumidor!
They did not deliver the registration of the property on the established day and had the day and time scheduled in another city. What made me come from São Paulo, waste my time and money for nothing! Nothing helpful, nor moved, even if they were wrong !! Lack of respect for the consumer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima, pior impossivel !!! Me deram informacoes erradas e tive q voltar 3x so la num memo dia. Do tipo "empurra empurra ". As meninas se contradizem, n assumem o que falam, sao desinfirmadas e incompetentes. Chegaram a culpar outra pessoa por telefone. Pessoalmente vi q quem se identificou pelo telefone era uma das q me atenderam. N merecem nem meia estrela. Pra ruim ainda precisam melhorar muito e olha q n sou de reclamar
Pessima, worse impossible! They gave me wrong information and I had to go back 3 times in a memo day. The "push pushes" type. The girls contradict themselves, they do not take what they say, they are disinformed and incompetent. They even blamed someone else over the phone. Personally I saw that who identified with the phone was one of the q who attended me. N deserve no half star. For the bad still need to improve a lot and look that I am not to complain
