★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Estava recém operada, moro nos fundos de uma residência. O pedido atrasou quase 2 horas, fui falar no site do iFood com o chat desse restaurante. Simplesmente me responderam “ pelo amor de Deus, espere!” Um lixo. Não peço comida nunca mais e não comprem, pois é esse tipo de tratamento que vcs terão!
 Terrible! I was recently operated, I live in the back of a residence. The order was delayed almost 2 hours, I went to speak on the iFood website with the chat of this restaurant. They simply replied to me “for the love of God, wait!” A trash. I never ask for food again and don't buy it, because that is the type of treatment you will have!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, tentei 2 vezes comprar, aceitei as desculpas na primeira , porém na 2 seguida não tem como atrasar 2horas inadmissível, moro em condomínio onde possue diversos blocos e é permitido entrar e no condomínio porém eles não entregam.
Segue o aviso.. se você morar em residência ainda terá um transtorno a menos, poderia deixar aviso que não entregam em condomínio.
Péssimo tudo ..

Bad service, I tried twice to buy, I accepted the apology in the first one, but in the next 2 hours there is no way to delay 2 hours inadmissible, I live in a condominium where I have several blocks and it is allowed to enter and in the condominium but they do not deliver.
Follow the notice... if you live in a residence you will still have one less inconvenience, you could leave a notice that they do not deliver in a condominium.
Terrible everything ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CUIDADO AO PEDIR PARA ENTREGA, pois enviam seu pedido errado, ai quando vc abre reclamação no ifood, eles não respondem para resolver o problema. Como não respondem, o ifood faz o cancelamento do pedido automaticamente. Depois ELES MANDAM O MOTOBOY IR TE COBRAR, sendo que mesmo o ifood cancelando o pedido, eles recebem normalmente (trabalho com ifood, e provo que todos os pedidos são pagos, mesmo que cancelados). Eles querem receber 2 vezes o pedido, e ainda um PEDIDO QUE MANDARAM ERRADO.
BE CAREFUL WHEN ASKING FOR DELIVERY, as they send your order wrong, then when you open a complaint on ifood, they don't respond to solve the problem. As they do not respond, ifood cancels the order automatically. Then THEY SEND THE MOTORBOY TO CHARGE YOU, and even ifood canceling the order, they receive normally (I work with ifood, and I prove that all orders are paid, even if cancelled). They want to receive the order twice, plus an ORDER THAT SENT WRONG.
