★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui duas vezes até o local e tinham quatro guiches para atendimento. Porém sempre tem somente uma atendente e a unidade fica lotada,já que o espaço é pequeno.Descaso total.
 I went to the place twice and they had four service desks. However, there is always only one attendant and the unit is full, as the space is small. Total neglect.

Precisam melhorar em muito não recomendo esse lugar, nítido o acúmulo de função, enfermeira abre ficha e faz coleta.

Extremely bad service, uneducated person and unwillingness in service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcam pra 7:00hrs mas as atendentes sempre chegam atrasadas, e começa a encher de pessoas na porta.
A atendente é responsável pela coleta, então ela para de atender pra realizar a coleta, tem 4 guichês mas sempre só tem uma pessoa atendendo (que é quem faz a coleta) noque faz demorar mais ainda, sempre lota, espaço pequeno, e não tem estacionamento.
They schedule for 7:00hrs but the attendants always arrive late, and it starts to fill with people at the door.
The attendant is responsible for the collection, so she stops attending to carry out the collection, there are 4 counters but there is always only one person attending (who is the one who does the collection) which makes it take even longer, always full, small space, and there is no parking.

Terrible! I called to schedule an exam and when I arrived at the place (after hours of fasting and time lost to travel) they couldn't do the collection because they didn't have ice!

Entrei em contato pelo telefone para confirmar qual laboratório teria disponível o exame, foi confirmado os locais e horários e ao me deslocar para clínica NO MESMO DIA me informam que não tem o exame disponível.
INCOMPETENT.
I got in touch by phone to confirm which laboratory would have the exam available, the locations and times were confirmed and when I went to the clinic ON THE SAME DAY I was informed that the exam was not available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A enfermeira que faz a coleta também é responsável pela recepção, que tem 4 guichês, mas só ela atende.
Ela me atendeu na recepção e foi preparar minha coleta de sangue.
Ela não higienizou as mãos com álcool. Mas colocou luvas.
Quando ela foi coletar ela colocou o dedo no meu braço no local da perfuração, e percebi que a luva estava rasgada e a unha dela estava completamente suja (afinal, ela é quem pega cartão, celular, entre outros de todos os pacientes). Ela esfregou o algodão com álcool no local da aplicação, porém colocou o dedo sujo de novo no local e perfurou.
Percebi que o sangue demorava a sair, e estava doendo um pouco (normalmente não sinto nada). No fim fiquei 3 semanas com o local da perfuração roxo.
Estou mandando o feedback aqui, pois não achei nenhum canal oficial para fazer isso.

She rubbed the cotton with alcohol at the application site, but put her dirty finger back in the spot and punctured it.
I noticed that the blood took a while to come out, and it was hurting a little (I usually don't feel anything). In the end I stayed 3 weeks with the purple perforation site.
I'm sending the feedback here, because I didn't find any official channel to do this.
