★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre frequentei este lugar.mas hoje 28/10 as 15 horas pedi um mate com leite a atendente deveria está com o salário dela atrasado ela jogou o canudo na mesa e bateu o copo que achei que iria quebrar.a outra estava com o celular na mao vendo vídeo e nem sequer viu um cliente parado no caixa esperando atendimento.
 I always went to this place. But today 10/28 at 3 pm I asked for a mate with milk the attendant should have her salary late she threw the straw on the table and hit the glass I thought would break. Hand watching video and not even saw a customer standing at the cashier waiting for service.

Fiz meu pedido e iria pagar por cartão mas por APROXIMAÇÃO, a moça do caixa muito educada me informou que não sabia passar e chamou o gerente pra passar. Ele também não sabia e muito grosseiro falou que a máquina não tinha a função... mas tinha na tela a imagem de pagamento por aproximação. A mulher do caixa paciente tentou passar mas toda a hora o gerente vinha e falava pra não passar que não ia aceitar pois o cartão não funcionava?
Esse gerente é muito grosso e mal educado! Perderam cliente só pelo péssimo atendimento!
Eu havia testado o cartão antes de ir lá ser mau tratada, sabia que o cartão passava. A loja deveria dar um curso preparatório de atendimento ao público pra esse gerente ....
The stars go only for drinks and food. The attendance of the employee is terrible. I placed my order and would pay by card but by APPROACH, the very polite teller girl informed me that she could not pass and called the manager to pass. The wife of the patient teller tried to pass but all the time the manager came and said not to pass that would not accept because the card did not work?
This manager is very rude and rude! They lost a customer just for the bad service!
I had tested the card before going there to be treated badly, knew the card passed. The store should give a preparatory course for customer service to this manager ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima eexperiência. O mate veio pela metade, o que mais tinha era espuma no meu copo. Pedi um Tropicália e minha amiga pediu um mate quente com especiarias, as quais não apareceram no copo. Muito ruim, me senti lesada.
Terrible and experience. The mate came in half, the only thing I had was foam in my glass. I ordered a Tropicália and my friend ordered a hot mate with spices, which didn't appear in the glass. Too bad, I felt cheated.

Além dos sucos com mate maravilhosos o Rei do Mate serve gentileza com maestria.

Mas os funcionários poderiam ser mais educados, mais positivos receptivos com o cliente, acredito que não é pedir muito.
É a segunda vez que vou no rei do mate do shopping Penha e o funcionário que me atendeu passou uma arrogância, nem olhou para a minha cara, tipo está exercendo a sua função forçado.
Eu só havia perguntado para ele porque tinha aumentado tanto o valor, e fez um ar de deboche.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O mate gelado com leite é tradicional e muito bom! Perguntei se tinha açúcar na bebida e o atendente informou que dava para bater sem açúcar, mas ficaria muito amargo. Pedi então para substituir o açúcar por adoçante e fui atendida de pronto, mas o próprio atendente poderia ter feito a sugestão.
O local é sempre vazio e os preços são um pouco altos, afinal R$11,00 por um copo de 300 ml é muito caro!
The iced mate with milk is traditional and very good! I asked if there was sugar in the drink and the attendant said that it could be beaten without sugar, but it would be very bitter. So I asked to replace the sugar with sweetener and I was answered immediately, but the attendant himself could have made the suggestion.
The place is always empty and the prices are a little high, after all R$11.00 for a 300 ml glass is very expensive!
