Recentemente houve um pequeno erro operacional, sendo que o detectei posteriormente, sendo assim, voltei a loja e fui super bem atendido, fizeram todos os procedimentos necessários e me transmitiram, com muita eficiência, que realmente o cliente é o mais importante. Atendimento, segurança, conhecimento, cordialidade e rápida resolução são, com certeza, características dessa loja. Eu já era cliente e agora sou mais ainda, sempre indicarei vocês. I've been doing preventive exchanges in this store since they opened and I say that a company is differentiated not by normal service, but in cases of unforeseen scenarios. Recently there was a small operational error, which I detected later, so I went back to the store and was super well attended, they did all the necessary procedures and conveyed to me, very efficiently, that the customer really is the most important.
