★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendmento, além de muito caro. Dificultam tudo, p conseguiem vender os serviços. Até p vender uma simplea corda, q qualquer um pode colocar, só vendem com o serviço incluso. Têm similares tão bons quanto, bem mais baratos e com serviço muito melhor.
Bad service, and very expensive. They hinder everything, p manage to sell the services. Until p sell a simple rope, q anyone can put, only sell with the service included. They have similar ones as good, much cheaper and with much better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firmei em 31 de outubro de 2016 um contrato (01790/16-BA) com a REIKI , para realização do envidraçamento numa varanda e em janeiro de 2017 foi realizado a instalação.
Após as primeiras chuvas em abril,constatamos que havia vazamentos em vários pontos do envidraçamento que resultaram na infiltração e alagamento da varanda. Contatei a REIKI no dia 19 de abril de 2017 , informando que havia algum problema na vedação do envidraçamento. Desde aquela data vários foram o os contatos e visitas, sem sucesso.
Além da infiltração persistente, no dia 03 de julho, a trava de fechamento de uma das folhas de vidro não resistiu ao vento e abriu. A REIKI compareceu ao local, reforçou a fechadura inferior e instalou outra na parte superior.
A situação atual é um quadro permanente de infiltração pontual, com acúmulo de água na varanda, acrescido do fato de que e a fechadura reforçada está emperrada, impedindo a abertura do envidraçamento.
Em resumo, após três meses todas as tentativas em busca de uma solução resultaram infrutíferas . Continuo aguardando uma definição para esse imbróglio.
On October 31, 2016, I signed a contract (01790/16-BA) with REIKI, for the glazing on a balcony and in January 2017 the installation was carried out.
After the first rains in April, we found that there were leaks in several points of the glazing that resulted in the infiltration and flooding of the balcony. I contacted REIKI on April 19, 2017, stating that there was a problem with the glazing seal. Since that date, contacts and visits have been unsuccessful.
In addition to the persistent infiltration, on July 3, the lock for closing one of the glass sheets did not resist the wind and opened. REIKI came to the scene, reinforced the bottom lock and installed another one on the top.
The current situation is a permanent situation of occasional infiltration, with accumulation of water on the balcony, plus the fact that the reinforced lock is stuck, preventing the opening of the glazing.
In short, after three months all attempts to find a solution were unsuccessful. I am still waiting for a definition for this imbroglio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quem precisar de envidraçamento, não procure a Reiki Salvador. Na hora de vender, ao falta estender o tapete vermelho. Depois, é você por sua conta e risco. Prometem prazos que não podem cumprir, o atendimento para instalação é praticamente inexistente, já que quase nunca há contato com a pessoa responsável. Fiz muitas alterações na minha programação para me adequar ao que prometeram e fui frustrada. Tenho crianças pequenas e precisava reinstalar a rede de proteção e estou há dias sem a rede da varanda,pq me deram 4 dias de prazo e agora no quinto dia me disseram que vou ter que esperar mais 5! E só posso instalar a rede com 24h de finalizada a instalação dos vidros.
Pós venda inexistente!

They promise deadlines that they cannot meet, installation assistance is practically nonexistent, since there is almost never contact with the responsible person. I made many changes to my schedule to suit what they promised and I was frustrated. I have small children and I needed to reinstall the safety net and I have been without the balcony net for days, because they gave me 4 days in advance and now on the fifth day they told me I will have to wait 5 more! And I can only install the network 24 hours after the glass installation is finished.
Non-existent after sales!
