★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento do Dr Reinaldo é maravilhoso. Excelente médico. Humano. Ouve o paciente, médica o necessário. Devido a pandemia, atende por videoconferência. Tive um atendimento individualizado e melhora significativa. A Roberta fica no consultório terças e sextas das 9 as 12 para retorno do atendimento da videoconferência e não tem como atender o telefone realmente.
Dr Reinaldo's service is wonderful. Excellent doctor. Human. Listen to the patient, doctor necessary. Due to the pandemic, it serves by videoconference. I had an individualized service and significant improvement. Roberta stays in the office on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9 am to 12 pm to return to the videoconference service and has no way of actually answering the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atencioso no início, mas acaba perdendo o conhecimento sobre o paciente ao longo do tratamento. Atrasou e furou e duas consultas comigo, erro grave, depois tentou corrigir dizendo que havia ligado( telemedicina ), contudo estive esperando no dia da consulta e não recebi nenhuma ligação. Ao ligar para esclarecer uma dúvida, o mesmo nem sequer lembrava meu nome e a qual medicação eu estava submetido. Não passa confiança ao paciente psiquiátrico ( que tanto necessita ).
Duas estrelas, sendo bondoso.
Quanto à secretária, beeeem enrolada.
Attentive at first, but ends up losing knowledge about the patient during treatment. It was late and bored and two consultations with me, a serious error, then he tried to correct it by saying he had called (telemedicine), however I was waiting on the day of the consultation and I did not receive any calls. When calling to clarify a doubt, he didn't even remember my name and what medication I was undergoing. It does not give confidence to the psychiatric patient (who needs it so much).
Two stars, being kind.
As for the secretary, beeeem curled up.
