★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que poderiam ser mais transparentes com o que está incluso no contrato como por exemplo inclusão de produtos bancários, pois deve-se deixar claro no ato antes da assinatura se é de interesse do cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou contar como foi a experiência sim. Mas não vou gastar 1 estrela, pq o app pede (se pudesse não daria nenhuma ). A representante da imobiliária Lívia Reis que recebeu meu processo de adesão ao empreendimento simplesmente não atendeu minhas expectativas como cliente. Deixou a desejar desde o início quando enviei minha documentação para análise de crédito e ainda deixa até hj .
Não a conheci pessoalmente ,pq todas as vezes que ela agendou reunião na imobiliária, ela não se fez presente.
Deixando outras pessoas no lugar, sendo q essas pessoas tinham poucas informações e não conseguiam sanar minhas dúvidas.( Talvez fossem estagiárias, muito educadas as moças, mas infelizmente despreparadas para tal situação).
Por telefone ela é sempre muito ausente e por mensagem, poucas orientações e poucas explicações.
Até hj não sei o motivo e nen sei como devo fazer pra ter a minha via do contrato já que todas as vias que eu assinei ficaram sob responsabilidade da imobiliária em consequência sob a responsabilidade da representante Lívia Reis.
Sendo que fui agendada por ela a assinar o contrato junto a caixa econômica ( após eu ter tido meu crédito aprovado para compra do apartamento) em março de 2021 e até hj depois de muito tentar através de mensagens e ligações e até mesmo fui presencialmente no banco ,não tive resposta.
Eu imaginei que quando a gente adquirisse um bem, ainda mais um imóvel deste porte. Nós tivéssemos todo apoio administrativo até q a gente ficasse somente com as responsabilidades ou que pelo menos nós desse um feedback de a quantas andas o processo de compra do imóvel. Mas simplesmente o q eu tenho da parte da imobiliária é *SILÊNCIO* ENFIM. NAO RECOMENDO PARA NINGUÉM. MUITO DESPREPARADOS PARA ATENDER UMA DEMANDA DE CLIENTES PARA UM INVESTIMENTO NESSE NÍVEL, como esse w está sendo construído em rio das ostras.

The representative of the real estate agency Lívia Reis who received my process of joining the project simply did not meet my expectations as a client. It left something to be desired from the beginning when I sent my documentation for credit analysis and it still leaves until today.
I didn't know her in person, because every time she scheduled a meeting at the real estate agency, she was not present.
Leaving other people in place, since these people had little information and could not resolve my doubts. (Maybe they were interns, the girls were very polite, but unfortunately unprepared for such a situation).
By phone, she is always very absent and by message, few guidelines and few explanations.
Until today I don't know the reason and I don't even know how I should do to have my copy of the contract since all the copies I signed were under the responsibility of the real estate agency and therefore under the responsibility of the representative Lívia Reis.
Since I was scheduled by her to sign the contract with the savings bank (after I had my credit approved to purchase the apartment) in March 2021 and until today after a lot of trying through messages and calls and I even went in person at the bank ,I had no answer.
I imagined that when we acquired a property, even more a property of this size. We had all administrative support until we were left with only the responsibilities or at least we gave feedback on how far along the property purchase process is. But simply what I have from the real estate side is *SILENCE* AT LAST. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. VERY UNPREPARED TO MEET A CUSTOMER DEMAND FOR AN INVESTMENT AT THIS LEVEL, as this w is being built in rio das oysters.
