★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu francamente não daria quatro estrelas para esta relojoaria pois seus preços são altíssimos, mas desta vez eu vou dar pelo acabamento que deram na aliança que lá comprei, atualmente o ouro está em fase de extinção para quem é pobre, então comprei o par com Menas gramas e pensei que iria ficar feia mas como citei acima deram um bom acabamento e ficou dez, poderia ter pago mais em conta mas não sei se ficaria tão bem acabada. Por este motivo foi quatro é deixo um alerta pesquise bem antes de ir comprando. Valeu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, estou passando por uma situação chata, após meu casamento pelo atendimento que é incrível até você adquirir o cartão, não tinha necessidade alguma e eu falei que não queria o cartão, eles falaram que iria ser somente um crediario diretamente com a loja, que eu poderia pagar o boleto até na loja diretamente e sem taxa alguma, após eu concordar, vieram com outra informação, que iria chegar um cartão na minha casa, que eu poderia usar se eu quisesse e na primeira fatura só viria uma taxa, cai no conto da Cinderela, fizeram um cartão sem meu consentimento, porque eu tinha falado que não queria, pois já tenho cartão e falei que iria passa nele, resumindo liguei na loja pra fazer a reclamação e falaram que não podiam fazer nada e pra mim resolver com a CREDZ, estou passando uma dor de cabeça, veio a fatura no valor, enfimmm não aconselho fazer cartão nenhum na loja e procurem por algo que seja HONESTO e não uma loja que faz você fazer um cartão sem querer, pra ganha comissão!

O anel ficou na loja e quando fui buscar estava igual .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um anel no dia das mães, sendo o msm solto a pedra, minha esposa levou até lá pra fazer o reparo, pois se encontra na garantia.
Fui confrontado que msm sofreu um impacto, chega a ser ridícula, essa alegação sendo ela usou 3 vezes o anel mim cobrando $110.00 não pelo valor mais pelo aguerto deles.
A minha primeira aliança adquirir com vcs e e outros minos pra ela, por se tratar de uma empresa de confiança crendo eu...
Jamais sairia de minha casa pra tentar se aproveitar de nada e de ninguém por esse valor...
Fica aqui meu repúdio....
