★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 20 anos comprei uma corrente em ouro com garantia vitalícia, deu problema no fecho levei para arrumar, em 24 horas deu o mesmo problema no fecho, voltei na loja e fui surpreendido que o problema e que a corrente é muito antiga e torcida, que deveria comprar outra, aceitaria ela como parte de pagamento, decepção!!!! Desprezaram meu valor afetivo e a história.
20 years ago I bought a gold chain with lifetime warranty, there was a problem with the clasp, I took it to be fixed, in 24 hours I had the same problem with the clasp, I went back to the store and was surprised that the problem is that the chain is very old and twisted, that should buy another one, would accept it as part of payment, disappointment!!!! They despised my affective value and the story.

Minha mãe foi comprar uma tarrachinha do brinco da minha bebê de dois meses e além de não ter luz na loja (em outras, tinha luz), exigiam que levasse os dois brincos (só perdi a tarrachinha de um) e deixasse os brincos lá para buscar sei lá quando a tarrachinha fosse ficar pronta (parece ter sido produzida numa fôrma única trancada em um cofre em um país hostil, longínquo, pouco habitado por homens, e aqueles que têm a senha do cofre ficam presos por segurança no alto de uma masmorra pouco acessível). Enfim, ainda vão cobrar sessenta reais sendo que o par dos brincos custou cem. E vai ser produzida uma, apenas uma só tarrachinha. Eu não posso deixar a bebê sem brinco pois o furo da orelha fecha. Logo, seria obrigada a comprar mais um par de brincos, não é mesmo? Claro que estão me coercendo a comprar outro. Vou comprar. Mas em outra loja, não nessa, não mais. Acho ridículo o valor cobrado. Não compro, não comprarei mais e com certeza gritarei aos quatro ventos que não vale a pena comprar brincos lá, a não ser que comecem a vender com tarrachinha extras. Como isso não vai a acontecer dado o valor exorbitante de cada tarrachinha, NÃO VALE A PENA COMPRAR BRINCOS LÁ. Comprem na farmácia ou onde souberem fazer novas tarrachinhas a preços decentes.
It went bad. My mother went to buy a tarrach for my two-month-old baby's earring and in addition to not having light at the store (there was light in others), they demanded that I take both earrings (I only lost the small tarrach of one) and leave the earrings there to pick up I don't know when the little tarrachinha was going to be ready (it seems to have been produced in a unique mold locked in a safe in a hostile, distant country, sparsely inhabited by men, and those who have the safe's password are locked up for security at the top of a dungeon not very accessible). Anyway, they will still charge sixty reais and the pair of earrings cost one hundred. And one, just a single tarrachinha will be produced. I can't leave the baby without an earring because the hole in the ear closes. Soon, she would be forced to buy another pair of earrings, wouldn't she? Of course they are forcing me to buy another one. I'm going to buy. But in another store, not this one, not anymore. I think the amount charged is ridiculous. I don't buy it, I won't buy it again and I'm sure I'll scream to the four winds that it's not worth buying earrings there, unless they start selling with extra tarrach. As this will not happen given the exorbitant value of each tarrachinha, IT IS NOT WORTH BUYING EARRINGS THERE. Buy them at the pharmacy or wherever they know how to make new tarrachinhas at decent prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pós vendas PÉSSIMO. Comprei o Anel como presente de Natal... antes do Réveillon já havia quebrado. Foram 40 dias para consertar a um custo de 120 reais. Após o conserto em menos de uma semana o Anel quebrou novamente no mesmo lugar.
Ao retornar na loja informam q simplesmente a garantia não cobre e não há garantia de conserto...mais 118 reais para consertar.
Infelizmente na venda são atenciosos mas péssimo pós vendas
Terrible after sales. I bought the Ring as a Christmas present... before New Year's it was already broken. It took 40 days to fix it at a cost of 120 reais. After repairing it in less than a week, the Ring broke again in the same place.
When returning to the store, they inform that the warranty simply does not cover and there is no guarantee of repair...more 118 reais to fix it.
Unfortunately in the sale they are attentive but bad after sales
