★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local ótimo, bem centralizado, tem diversos estacionamentos próximos e ainda zona azul,estão fazendo reparos em outras marcas também,Todos os profissionais são bem preparados e qualificados, fizeram o reparo no meu relógio e ainda dividiram no cartão sem juros, enquanto eu fui almoçar no mesmo andar.Super recomendo o serviço da relotempo.
 Great location, well centralized, has several parking lots nearby and also a blue zone, they are doing repairs on other brands as well. All professionals are well prepared and qualified, they repaired my watch and even shared it on the interest-free card, while I went to lunch on the same floor. I highly recommend the relotempo service.

Foi um atendimento tranquilo e poucas pessoas no ambiente devido as normas de saúde!
Fui resolver o problema do relógio novo para diminuir a pulseira e vê o outro relógio que tinha levado em out. 2019, quando solicitei o serviço de pilha e nunca tinha sido aberto. No entanto o serviço foi feito, depois de um tempo o relógio entrou água (pasme o relógio era prova d'água). Sendo assim, terei de fazer um serviço para reparar o problema. Enfatiza-se que meus relógios nunca foram aberto por pessoas que não seja da autorizada (Technos)! Para consertar hoje, estar mais caro do que comprar um relógio novo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom... o ruim é só encontrar um local para estacionar o veículo, pela rua só tem zona azul, estacionamento particular tem umas duas ruas depois, o melhor local para deixar o veículo é no estacionamento da casa da Cultura.
Na Relotempo é possível concertar o relógio de várias marcas, o preço é justo, pessoal que nos atende são super atenciosos e nos explicam tudo sobre o relógio e tira todas nossas dúvidas, só fazem o que realmente é preciso para concertar o relógio, não inventam serviços sem necessidade, são honestos.
Fiquei satisfeito com o trabalho deles,
Recomendo a todos.

O atendente foi bem positivo e bem educado. Esclareceu todas as dúvidas e realmente disse o real problema do meu relógio. Não foi rude e nem mal educado.
