Pedi para ver um exemplo de como ficaria o resultado e procuraram um serviço igual para me explicar. Ficou muito bom o serviço, sem bagunça, bem feito. Lugar organizado e limpo.
I needed a simple service, just a reinforcement so that the sole of the tennis did not completely detach, but the service was very good and attentive. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, depois de adiar a entrega do meu sapato que eu pedi para ser colado e costurado, ele foi entregue com a linha de outra cor e mais fina do que a original, além de porcamente costurado. A alça de bolsa que eu deixei lá para que o gancho fosse trocado teve um pedaço da alça costurada com uma linha mais escura do que o resto da alça, além de eles terem me deixado esperando no lugar o gancho ser trocado. Um absurdo afinal de contas eu fui pegar os objetos na quinta sendo que tinha sido combinado de eu os pegar na quarta.
Poorly attended, after postponing the delivery of my shoe I asked to be glued and sewn, it was delivered with the line of another color and thinner than the original, plus porcently sewn. The bag strap I left there for the hook to be changed had a piece of the cuff sewn with a darker line than the rest of the strap, plus they left me waiting in place for the hook to be changed. An absurd after all I went to pick up the objects on the fifth, it being agreed that I'd pick them up on Wednesday.

As solas dos sapatos vieram coladas, mas não vi qualquer diferença na alça da bolsa, apesar do valor salgado.
