★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito do custo benefício da empresa Renove mudanças, tanto o frete quanto o serviço de embalagem. Foram 4 rapazes atenciosos e trabalhadores. Não pararam em nenhum momento, exceto almoço, até 18h. Fiquei muito satisfeita.
I really liked the cost-effectiveness of the company Renovate Changes, both the shipping and the packaging service. There were 4 attentive and hardworking guys. They didn't stop at any time, except for lunch, until 6pm. I was very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A equipe é cuidadosa e extremamente rápida, são atenciosos e se mobilizam rapidamente para realizar o transporte mesmo com imprevistos relacionados à elevador.
Fiz a mudança de casa para o apartamento, alguns móveis precisaram ser levados de escada por não caberem no elevador, e o fizeram prontamente. Estavam no local marcado pontualmente.
O preço é justo e valeu cada centavo.
The team is careful and extremely fast, they are attentive and mobilize quickly to carry out the transport even with unforeseen events related to the elevator.
I moved from the house to the apartment, some furniture had to be taken down the stairs because it didn't fit in the elevator, and they did so promptly. They were at the appointed place punctually.
The price is fair and worth every penny.

Comparado com outras transportadoras de mudança que já contratei, a única vantagem é que embalam tudo, no entanto, o cuidado com os itens deixa muito a desejar, com excessão dos vidros, o restante jogam tudo de qualquer jeito. Alguns itens de plástico vieram amassados, nem dá mais para usar. O pior foi o sofá do quarto de hóspedes que alegaram que não passava pela porta e largaram na sala e foram embora. Eram 4 rapazes! Sobrou para eu e uma amiga ter que fazer isso sozinhas, com jeito ele passou, mas foi um trabalho grande para nós duas que eles podiam ter feito se não agissem com tanto descaso. Isso é o tipo de coisa que a transportadora Amoretto nunca me deixou na mão, tiravam até porta para passar máquina de lavar e depois colocavam devolta. Eu contratei a Renove porque tenho problema ortopédico que torna muito sofrido ficar embalando caixa, mas não adiantou nada porque o trabalho de passar o sofá pela porta e corredor foi bem maior, porque minha mudança era bem pequena. Ah, outra coisa: esqueceram de embalar itens de um dos armários, caixas de papéis que depois tive que voltar para buscar! Eu falei para eles que tinha que levar estes itens e mostrei, depois achei que estava tudo certo, quando fui desmontar as caixas em casa, fiquei desesperada porque se tratava de documentos importantes que não tinham vindo. A mudança foi de SP para Santos, eu tive que viajar às pressas para buscar as caixas, absurdo.
Poor service. Compared to other moving carriers I've hired, the only advantage is that they pack everything, however, the care with the items leaves a lot to be desired, with the exception of the glass, the rest throw everything anyway. Some plastic items were crumpled, you can't even use them anymore. The worst thing was the sofa in the guest room, which they claimed did not go through the door and left it in the living room and left. There were 4 guys! It was left to me and a friend to have to do this alone, he did it with good grace, but it was a big job for both of us that they could have done if they hadn't acted so recklessly. This is the kind of thing that the Amoretto transport company never let me down, they even took the door out to use the washing machine and then put it back. I hired Renove because I have an orthopedic problem that makes it very painful to pack a box, but it didn't do any good because the work of moving the sofa through the door and hallway was much greater, because my move was very small. Oh, another thing: they forgot to pack items from one of the cupboards, boxes of papers that I later had to go back for! I told them I had to take these items and showed them, then I thought everything was fine, when I went to dismantle the boxes at home, I was desperate because they were important documents that hadn't come. The move was from SP to Santos, I had to travel in a hurry to get the boxes, absurd.

Precisei fazer uma mudança e contratei o serviço da Renove e fiquei muito satisfeita , tive um atendimento super bacana quando cotei o valor e absolutamente tudo superou as expectativas , tudo muito organizado, funcionários respeitosos e demonstraram ser profissionais, pois não tive nenhum móvel danificado e nem rasuras!!
Tomaram todo cuidado,fizeram uma mudança rápida mas com qualidade, enfim estou muito feliz com a escolha que eu fiz e recomendo a todos , pois eu estava preocupada com alguns móveis pesados que desceria pelo sobrado da casa , mas realmente a empresa tem estrutura profissional para realizar uma mudança completa
