NĂŁo procurem este local, nĂŁo Ă© comercial Ă© um apartamento, fui informado que funcionava 24 Hrs, ISSO Ă MENTIRA! Atendente muito mal educada, totalmente despreparada para tratar clientes e nĂŁo tem absolutamente nada de profissional.
Terrible!!!
Do not look for this place, it is not commercial, it is an apartment, I was informed that it worked 24 hours, THAT IS A LIE! Very polite attendant, totally unprepared to treat clients and has absolutely nothing professional.

â â â â â NĂŁo gostei da experiĂȘncia. O valor Ă© de 60 pra pegar e buscar em casa, pro aluguel de 30 dias. No entanto, precisei da muleta mais 12 dias. Liguei pra avisar, disseram que estariam fechados para recesso, que os dias adicionais nĂŁo iam ser cobrados (por estarem fechados atĂ© dia 07), e iam ligar. Como estava prĂłximo ao local, para facilitar fui devolver a muleta (mesmo que o acordado tenha sido buscar em minha casa), e cobraram 20 reais a mais. Feito isso, deixo a minha mĂĄ avaliação pela falta de qualidade no atendimento
I didn't like the experience. The price is 60 to pick up and pick up at home, for a 30-day rental. However, I needed the crutch another 12 days. I called to let them know, they said they would be closed for recess, that the additional days would not be charged (because they were closed until the 7th), and they would call. As it was close to the place, to make it easier I went to return the crutch (even though I agreed to pick it up at my house), and they charged 20 reais more. Once that's done, I leave my poor assessment due to the lack of quality in the service
