★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Sr. Konrado e uma pessoa simpática, mas não consertou a minha máquina por não encontrar o defeito desistiu dela e o que e pior deixou ela pior do que tava. Nem pesquisou ou consultou colegas, e eu ainda tenho que aguentar minha esposa.
 Mr. Konrado is a nice person, but he didn’t fix my machine because he didn’t find the defect, he gave it up and what’s worse made it worse than it was. Neither researched or consulted colleagues, and I have yet to bear my wife.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para me informar se atendia a minha localidade, moro de cara com a Av.Armando de Arruda Pereira. Vi os comentários do atendimento pela internet e liguei. Mas disseram q ñ atende onde moro, expliquei para a Sra q me atendeu, q moro pertinho do Jabaquara a 15' caminhando. Mas ela logo foi dizendo q o Sr. ñ fazia. Fiquei decepcionada, e minha localidade nem é de difícil acesso, uma pena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Sr. Konrado é super cordial, pontual, chegou as 9h em casa, olhou a máquina e em 20 minutos ja tinha trocado a bomba de água e feito ela funcionar. Serviço muito muuuuuuuiito bom e eficiente, possui garantia nas peças e achei o preço ótimo pela qualidade do trabalho dele, é de confiança!!! Recomendo total e se precisar chamarei mais vezes!!
Mr. Konrado is super friendly, punctual, he arrived at 9am at home, looked at the machine and in 20 minutes he had already changed the water pump and made it work. Service very muuuuuuuiito good and efficient, has parts warranty and I found the great price for the quality of his work, it is reliable !!! Totally recommend and if you need I will call more often !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente boníssima, Sr. Konrad descobriu logo o problema, no caso eu, a peça que aperta o botão de ligar. Como minha lavadora não tinha problema algum além do dono, ele cobrou só a taxa de visita que deveria ser mais cara e tomou um café conosco. Celular dele salvo nos contatos, no próximo defeito (ou não) é ele quem vou chamar.
Very nice people, Mr. Konrad soon discovered the problem, in this case, the part that presses the power button. As my washing machine had no problem other than the owner, he only charged the visit fee which should have been more expensive and had a coffee with us. His cell phone saved in the contacts, in the next defect (or not) he's the one I'm going to call.
