Exposto a loja e os clientes que ali estavam. Realmente desconhecedor do CDC e direitos dos clientes. Lamentável pq já faz mais de 8 anos que compro na loja.
I've always loved to buy at the store, the sellers are exceptional, but a month ago a manager came in, the owner of reason and truth, he didn't want to make my second exchange, which was on time and caused a commotion. Exposed the store and the customers who were there. Really unaware of CDC and customer rights. Regrettable because I've been shopping at the store for over 8 years.
