★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito desse prédio e o local ficou ainda melhor com a demolição e a construção de um novo prédio defronte a ele. Só alguns detalhes nos acabamentos dos apartamentos que foram mal feitos e a churrasqueira "ecológica" que não funciona, porém no geral é muito bom.
I really like this building and the location was even better with the demolition and construction of a new building in front of it. Just a few details in the finishing of the apartments that were poorly done and the "ecological" barbecue that doesn't work, but overall it's very good.
