No Natal ganhei um par de sandálias que não me serviram, aí fui trocar na USAFLEX e a atendente queria saber em qual loja o presente foi adquirido. Desde quando ao receber um presente você fica indagando onde foi feita a compra. A justificativa foi que por se tratar de franquia, a troca somente poderia ser feita no local da compra. Por fim, saí de lá sem trocar nada e ainda passei raiva. Decepção ???

At Christmas I got a pair of sandals that did not fit me, then I went to change at USAFLEX and the attendant wanted to know in which store the gift was purchased. Since when you receive a gift you wonder where the purchase was made. The justification was that because it is franchise, the exchange could only be made at the place of purchase. Finally, I left without exchanging anything and still got angry. Disappointment ???
