★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Área comum sem igual, pois é quase um pequeno parque. Os apartamentos, apesar de grandes, são mal divididos, principalmente a sala. Também não tem uma varanda interessante, ao contrário, é relativamente pequena e carece de privacidade, pois não há barreira visual em relação ao mesmo espaço do vizinho.
 Unique common area, as it is almost a small park. The apartments, although large, are poorly divided, especially the living room. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O condomínio é muito bonito e possui muitas áreas verdes bem cuidadas. Não possui área gourmet nos apartamentos, mas os mesmos possuem bom tamanho e a garagem possui área de depósito. Um belo lugar para morar. Excelente localização privilegiada com comércio ao redor.
The condo is very beautiful and has many well-kept green areas. There is no gourmet area in the apartments, but they have a good size and the garage has a storage area. A beautiful place to live. Excellent privileged location with commerce around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar acolhedor, quadra poliesportiva boa. Um ponto ruim é que alguns moradores não zelam pela quadra. Jogo basquete aos domingos lá e a rede da cesta, por muitas vezes, é danificada.
Cozy place, good sports court. A bad point is that some residents don't watch the court. I play basketball there on Sundays and the net in the basket is often damaged.
