Quiet and cheap condominium. With pool, air-conditioned party room and outdoor lounge with barbecue. In front of the condo has a horrible smell especially rainy season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maravilhoso complexo de condomínio que fica no setor Norte. Pessoal muito bacana vizinhos também. Espaço de lazer, área bem aberta, local para estacionamento, tudo incluso. Valor do imóvel está bem em conta. O único problema seria na própria arquitetura das unidades, poderiam ter contratado um arquiteto e pensado melhor na distribuição de áreas e principalmente na passagem de estruturas. Dias quentes são muito quentes. Mas isso não altera a minha nota. Recomendo demais viver aqui.
Wonderful condominium complex located in the North sector. Very nice staff, neighbors too. Leisure space, wide open area, parking space, all included. Property value is well taken into account. The only problem would be in the architecture of the units, they could have hired an architect and thought better about the distribution of areas and especially the passage of structures. Hot days are very hot. But that doesn't change my grade. I highly recommend living here.
