★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booa tarde Amigos, Quero deixar meu relato sobre oi fibra. Pior experiência que já tiver na minha vida, não desejo nem p/ meu pior inimigo, me ofereceram um update na minha internet, eu bobo alegre que sou aceitei!!! Invés deles fazer essa atualização o vendedor abriu uma outra linha em meu nome e agora estão fazendo cobrança indevida em uma linha que nunca usei. Liguei varias vezes p/ resolver o problema com muito luta eles cancelaram alinha em devida " pelo menos eu achava isso". Problema que a incompetência esta em todos os núcleos da empresa, eles tiveram a proeza de cancelar justamente a linha que eu uso na minha casa para trabalhar, e agora estou sem internet mesmo tendo pago ^^ , mesmo sendo falha deles em ter cortado a linha errada!!. Então conselho p/ vida NÃO ASSINEI NENHUM PRODUTO OI Independente de religião, classe Social ou localidade. esqueça essa operadora caso vc almeja paz de espirito em seu coração, procura outra operadora. Pois aqui na Oi fibra você ira passar raiva !!!
 Good afternoon friends, I want to leave my story about hi fiber. Worst experience I've ever had in my life, I don't even wish it for my worst enemy, I was offered an update on my internet, I'm a happy fool that I'm accepted!!! Instead of them doing this update, the seller opened another line in my name and now they are making an improper charge on a line I never used. I called several times to solve the problem with a lot of struggle they canceled the line due "at least I thought so". Problem that the incompetence is in all the company's cores, they had the feat of canceling the line I use at my house to work, and now I'm without internet even though I paid ^^ , even though they failed to cut the line wrong!!. So advice for life I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE ANY OI PRODUCT Regardless of religion, social class or location. forget this operator if you want peace of mind in your heart, look for another operator. Because here at Hi fiber you will be angry!!!
