★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem que melhorar mas na parte do estacionamento, pois os números de cada apartamento é bloco, estão apagados, dificultando o o motorista a estacionar.
A quadra está um pouco desgastada, seria melhor se eles fizessem uma reforma na quadra.
