★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O quarto é um ovo e caro. O local não tem nada para justificar o valor.
A administração é precária e a praça ao lado tem festa com música alta quase diariamente, o que impossibilita dormir bem.
Os moradores desse lugar são geralmente solteiros e sem filhos, o que propicia a entrada de prostitutas nas dependências, colocando nossos pertences em risco, já que não há segurança alguma.
Não há porteiro, interfone (como o amigo disse na avaliação abaixo) e, caso haja um incêndio, o prédio não é preparado.
Foi minha pior experiência com moradia até então, e olha que já morei em quitinetes de vilas.
Esse lugar só é bom para tirar dinheiro das pessoas.
Com o valor a ser pago para morar lá, você paga aluguel num imóvel cujos pertences estarão mais seguros.

Administration is precarious and the square next door has a party with loud music almost daily, which makes it impossible to sleep well.
The residents of this place are generally single and without children, which allows prostitutes to enter the premises, putting our belongings at risk, since there is no security at all.
