★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O HOTEL MAIS HORRÍVEL QUE JÁ ENTREI.
Reservamos este hotel através do app do Trivago e efetuamos o pagamento antecipadamente. Nossa reserva era do dia 22/03 a 24/03/18, mas ao chegarmos no hotel desistimos na hora. O hotel está caindo aos pedaços, não há manutenção nenhuma há muito tempo. Mesmo assim, resolvemos fazer nosso chek-in. O elevador dava medo de ficar preso dentro, o quarto estava sujo, com cortinas e saia de cama manchados sabe-se lá do que, o banheiro parecia encardido, e o jogo de cama sujo, o controle do ar condicionado não funcionava. Fomos ver a área da piscina e nos deparamos com um suposto “parque aquático” abandonado, e a piscina adulta tinha pouca água e estava VERDE de tanta sujeira (e o funcionário ainda afirmou que no outro dia estaria funcionando), pois bem, não tive coragem de deixar minha filha chegar nem perto da água e fiquei com pena de quem fosse utilizar a tal piscina adulta no dia seguinte, sem saber como ela estava no dia anterior (porque duvido que aquela sujeira conseguiria ser devidamente higienizada em um dia). Foi aí que decidimos sair do hotel. Pegamos nossas coisas e pedimos cancelamento da reserva, sem nem saber se o dinheiro que havíamos pago seria devolvido. Sinceramente, preferimos perder o valor, a expor nossa filha a toda aquela sujeira.
Ainda bem que o site de reservas redirecionado pelo trivago - Amoma - nos provou ser sério, e atendeu nossa solicitação de devolução em menos de 48 horas!
Ao hotel só fica os parabéns a recepcionista Thalyta, que além de muito simpática, nos auxiliou no que pode para o cancelamento da reserva.
 THE MOST HORRIBLE HOTEL I HAVE EVER ENTERED.
We booked this hotel through the Trivago app and paid in advance. Our reservation was from 03/22 to 03/24/18, but when we arrived at the hotel we gave up on time. The hotel is falling apart, there has been no maintenance for a long time. Even so, we decided to do our check-in. The elevator was afraid of getting stuck inside, the room was dirty, with stained curtains and bed skirt, the bathroom looked grimy, and the bedding was dirty, the air conditioning control didn't work. We went to see the pool area and we came across a supposedly abandoned “water park”, and the adult pool had little water and was GREEN with dirt (and the employee even said that the other day it would be working), well, I didn't courage to let my daughter get anywhere near the water and I felt sorry for anyone who was going to use that adult pool the next day, without knowing how she was the day before (because I doubt that the dirt would be properly cleaned in one day). That's when we decided to leave the hotel. We took our things and asked to cancel the reservation, not even knowing if the money we had paid would be returned. Honestly, we prefer to lose the value, than expose our daughter to all that dirt.
Thankfully, the booking site redirected by trivago - Amoma - proved to be serious, and answered our return request in less than 48 hours!
Congratulations to the hotel, the receptionist Thalyta, who besides being very friendly, helped us in what she can to cancel the reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Hotel Fortaleza Park está aberto ao público, hospeda pessoas, faz festas as sextas e sábado à noite, recebe clientes domingo pela manhã para curtir a piscinas e a praia logo atrás. O Hotel carece de uma reforma e manutenções já necessárias, a rampa molhada não tem esguicho de água, a baixa qualidade da água na piscina era evidente, os banheiros estavam muito sujos molhados e algumas torneiras e descargas sem funcionar, além de alguns vazamentos. A comida era mal servida porção de arroz, farinha, um peixe tilápia bem pequeno guarnecido com um pouco de batata e com uma folha de alface. O sabor do peixe estava ruim e parecia já estragado. Pedimos jarra de suco de laranja e não tinha, então optei por limão que só veio quase no final da refeição. Apesar de tudo o espaço amplo da piscina com escorregadores e esguichos foram suficientes para garantir a diversão de domingo com a família. Há um espaço para armar rede, apropriado para quem anda com bebês de colo. Tem ainda uma casa de madeira para as crianças brincarem. O local seria convidativo, caso, fossem feitas algumas melhorias na estrutura e na qualidade da comida????
The Hotel Fortaleza Park is open to the public, hosts people, feasts on Fridays and Saturday nights, welcomes guests Sunday morning to enjoy the pools and the beach just behind. The hotel lacks an overhaul and maintenance already needed, the wet ramp has no water splash, the low water quality in the pool was evident, the bathrooms were very dirty wet and some faucets and discharges were not working, plus some leaks. The food was poorly served portion of rice, flour, a very small tilapia fish garnished with a bit of potato and with a leaf of lettuce. The taste of the fish was bad and looked already spoiled. We asked for orange juice jug and it had not, so I opted for lemon which only came almost at the end of the meal. In spite of all the ample pool space with slides and splashes were enough to ensure the Sunday fun with the family. There is a space to set up a hammock, suitable for anyone who walks with babies on their lap. There is also a wooden house for children to play. The place would be inviting if some improvements were made in the structure and quality of the food????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior hotel que já hospedei, parece abandonado e todo velho. A única coisa melhor são o atendimento da maioria dos funcionários que fazem o possível para te ajudar sabendo das limitações e precariedade do hotel. Longe de tudo e em uma localização perigosa ou seja, vc não tem tranquilidade se estiver sozinho na areia da praia. Não indico.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, it looks abandoned and all old. The only thing better is the service of the majority of the staff who do their best to help you knowing the limitations and precariousness of the hotel. Away from it all and in a dangerous location, you have no peace of mind if you are alone on the beach. I do not indicate.
